The With Woman Company was founded by three sisters, Jacqueline, Stephanie and Victoria, who are all busy working Mothers. They understand that peace of mind goes hand-in-hand with excellent childcare.
Our aim at The With Woman Company is to provide client families with informed responsiveness to their needs; we will provide as much, or as little, support as required, whilst finding the best fit childcare solution for their family whether it be a Maternity Nurse or a Nanny. The pressures on us all at this time of economic challenge means that both parents working may be a necessity and balancing those financial obligations with home life can be stressful. Our aim is to bring fulfilment through bespoke childcare solutions.
Reassuringly, The With Woman Company, will recruit only those with an excellent career history and superb references from previous families. All the Maternity Nurses and Nannies have been interviewed by us and hold a CRB and First Aid Certificate. References are always thoroughly checked. We want to deliver to families the exceptionally high level of service we would expect ourselves” said the girls.
