How To Book
Once you have decided on your personal specification, we listen: only when we have a complete understanding of your unique situation and what you want, are we able to develop a bespoke solution. The With Woman Company will discuss career histories of available Maternity Nurses or Nannies with you and provide appropriate details. Ideally client families make a relaxed decision in their own time around who they would like to meet for interview. We can give as much support as you may require in this area. Our recommendation is that a Maternity Nurse or Nanny is booked as early as possible as they may be booked months in advance.
When you have decided on an appropriate candidate you must confirm in writing with The With Woman Company your definite start date. We understand that one of your concerns maybe that your baby may decide to arrive early. If this is the case then we will try to place an emergency Maternity Nurse or your booked Maternity Nurse may be able to start early. We will check flexibility before booking
Please note that your original booking must be up held as an agreed written contract between each relevant client and chosen candidate must be signed before the placement start date. If your baby decides to arrive late then a fee of 50% of the agreed weekly fee will be charged. Any expenses occurred for oversea interviews are your responsibility. The Maternity Nurses flights etc must be booked by the Client but we recommend that a phone interview is carried out first.
The With Woman Company is an Agency and we would like to highlight the point that all our Maternity Nurses are self-employed. They are responsible for their own income tax and National Insurance Contributions.
